Participants will have access to two dedicated 60 -minute calls with our parent, the London Montessorian. These sessions cater to a wide array of needs: from the single parent juggling multiple roles, to parents navigating emotional turbulence or shifts in family dynamics, to those witnessing changes in their child's behaviour and seeking strategies to address them.

To ensure that you gain the most value from your SOS Parenting sessions, we ask parents to prepare the following ahead of their scheduled calls:
Pre-Assessment Form: Complete an assessment form. This will include a brief summary of the specific challenges you're facing, including details on what triggers stress, any particular incidents that have raised concerns, and your usual response to these challenges.
Introductory Call: A brief video or phone call with the Montessori consultant to discuss the structure of the sessions, any logistical considerations, and to answer any questions you may have.
Technology Setup: If the session is to be conducted online, test your internet connection to ensure a stable video call experience.
Set up your computer or tablet with a functioning camera and microphone prior to the session.
Scheduling: Confirm the session date and time, and ensure you can attend without distractions or interruptions.
Open Mindset: Approach the sessions with an open mind, ready to learn, adapt, and implement new strategies into your parenting.
We ask parents to email these preparatory materials at least 48 hours before the session, allowing for a tailored and focused discussion during your call.
Follow-Up Consultation: A scheduled follow-up video call to discuss the implementation of strategies, address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments.
Email Recap: An email summary of the session, including personalised recommendations, resources, and a checklist for you to follow.
Personalised Action Plan: A tailored action plan provided at the end of your sessions, including key takeaways and step-by-step goals for moving forward.
